Oxford Preparatory Academy ranks well nationally in addition to being locally recognized. This sought-after Cypress school prepares junior high and high school students for educational paths in the realms of business and science. In addition to incorporating both technology and the arts into its curriculum, the prestigious prep school offers independent study, summer camp, student travel and other specialized programs.
Students at Orange County School of the Arts have the opportunity to learn and grow in specialized fields such as the performing, literary, visual and culinary arts. The renowned charter school allows middle- and high-school students to become immersed in their chosen areas, enabling them to excel when the time comes to enter their professions. In addition to nurturing artistic talent, the Santa Ana school maintains high academic standards. Recognized as a top-performing learning institution in the county, the school also boasts a high number of students entering college after graduation.
Laguna Beach High School has been recognized twice in the past decade as a California Distinguished School in addition to being named a National Blue Ribbon School in 2008. The latter distinction is given to schools providing challenging learning opportunities and a safe atmosphere where students can feel welcome. The only high school in Laguna Beach Unified School District, Laguna Beach High has provided area students with an excellent education since 1934. In 2015, the school offers extensive visual and performing arts programs.
